Located on a corner lot in Mill Valley North subdivision.
•From the Columbus outer belt take exit 17B/ US-33 west towards Marysville.
•Take exit 92 or OH-31 north towards Kenton.
•Keep left at the fork and follow signs for OH-31 N/North Maple Street.
•Merge onto OH-31N/North Maple Street.
•Turn left onto Creekview Drive
•Turn left onto Preakness Place
we are the last house on the left. You may park on the east side of Preakness or you may park on Clydesdale Way or Pony Place,
whichever you prefer, or is available.
